Applicable Rate: Purchase orders will be invoiced at the rate in effect on the date the order is received.
Non-refundable: All registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
Dual Affiliation Rule (critical): Physicians or Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) who have a dual affiliation — meaning they receive a hospital or academic salary and are employed or contracted by a pharmaceutical company, biotech, device manufacturer, or consulting firm — must register as industry (partner or non-partner, depending on status).
Partner Society Member Rate Eligibility: The Partner Society Member rate (EASL, EFF, GNC/GLC) is reserved only for attendees with no employment or consultancy ties to industry, pharmaceutical, or consulting companies. Proof of membership may be requested.
Resident / Student / Fellow Rate: Only non-industry, non-pharmaceutical, and non-consulting trainees are eligible for this rate. Proof of status may be required.
Industry Registrations Prior to Sponsorship: Non-partner industry registrations made before a sponsorship contract is signed are not refundable.

Data Access: Taming HealthCare, the Organizing and Scientific Committee, Sponsors, Partners, and Maison de la Chimie (for onsite access control) will have access to the data.
Retention Period: Your data will be stored for 2 years after the conclusion of the meeting.
Access and Modification: You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data at any time by contacting contact@parislivermeeting.com.
International Transfers: Your data may be transferred outside the EU if necessary for the Organizing Committee, Sponsors, or Partners.
